Product
Klinote is an AI medical scribe for clinical documentation. It turns a recorded doctor–patient conversation into a structured note draft that the clinician reviews, edits, and approves.
No. Klinote supports documentation and does not replace professional judgment, examination, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
In every workflow, the clinician must review the content before it becomes part of the patient record. Klinote does not send an unreviewed draft to the record.
Klinote is a native iOS app for iPhone. A web or Android experience may follow, but we do not promise a date unless it is committed.
Recording and patients
Clinics should be transparent about recording and AI-assisted documentation. The exact information and legal basis depend on the clinic, jurisdiction, and circumstances. Klinote provides a patient-information template that the clinic must adapt.
No. The clinic and clinician must decide whether recording is appropriate for the individual consultation, patient, and care setting.
Notes and quality
Performance varies by language, specialty, terminology, speaker, audio conditions, and consultation type. We do not rely on a single universal accuracy percentage. Clinicians must review every draft.
Patient identity, medication names and doses, allergies, numbers, dates, measurements, symptoms, negations, assessment, and planned actions.
AI-generated content can contain unsupported wording, errors, or omissions. The clinician must compare the draft with the consultation and correct it before use.
Privacy and security
Klinote is designed around data minimisation. Any use of data for model improvement is governed by the clinic agreement and clearly described in our security and privacy information.
Access follows role and need — clinicians, authorised clinic administrators, and a controlled, logged support process where required.
GDPR compliance depends on the complete processing context and the responsibilities of both the clinic and its providers. Klinote provides contractual and technical information to support a clinic’s assessment.
